Gesher Group is aggressively pursuing investments whose value creation opportunities can be executed in the short or long term. Value creation opportunities include rehabilitating, and repositioning contaminated industrial, retail and vacant land into creative office, ground up development, land entitlements and increasing rents on properties with under-market leases. Gesher Group is very flexible on deal structures and can accommodate seller’s tax and occupancy needs.
