Gesher Group acquired an 7,800-square-foot retail space situated on 16,000 square feet of land in the San Pedro district of Los Angeles, which was previously occupied by a paint retailer, and automotive repair.
Once the retail business vacated the property, Gesher Group successfully repositioned the site for a non-profit medical services provider. A long-term lease was executed, and the tenant invested over $3M in property improvements to meet the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) building standards. The building now serves the local community, providing essential medical and dental services.
