Gesher Group acquired a vacant 10,000-square-foot medical/office building located on a 27,000-square-foot parcel in the City of Inglewood, adjacent to Los Angeles. The property, previously deemed unmarketable due to challenges identified during due diligence inspections, had fallen out of escrow multiple times.
Through strategic repositioning, Gesher Group transformed the property from a medical facility into a preschool. A long-term lease was secured, and the tenant invested over $800,000 in renovations to meet California Department of Social Services (CDSS) building standards. Today, the property serves the local community, offering essential preschool services to more than 70 children.
