East Los Angeles, Los Angeles CA Gesher Group, and its partners, acquired a portfolio of seven properties, totaling over 90,000 square feet of industrial structures situated on 185,000 square feet of land in the center of LA’s most industrialized zone. At time of purchase all properties were vacant and highly dilapidated. Several of the properties are under State regulatory oversight. As of Q1 2025, Gesher Group is working with the regulatory agencies to conduct exploratory testing, and develop a remediation work plan. Gesher Group is in the process of planning the development of said sites to their highest and best use.
