Gesher Group acquired a vacant 12,000-square-foot Hollywood production studio from the 1920s. The property had previously fallen out of escrow multiple times and was deemed unmarketable due to contamination discovered during environmental due diligence.

To address these challenges, Gesher Group developed and implemented an extensive remediation system to resolve the subsurface contamination. Additionally, a thorough interior renovation was completed to restore and highlight the building’s rich historical heritage.

In 2025, Gesher Group plans to market the revitalized property to high-end art galleries, furniture designers, film production companies, and other creative industries that can appreciate its unique blend of history and potential.
